Check-up after tooth previous extraction VEry thorough and useful and checking of all teeth. Talked about future extractions and the use of high-flouride toothpaste to strenghten teeth. Received prescription fortoothpaste.

My hygienist appointment was cancelled on the day but I was immediately offered an alternative time on the same day. Quality of care is always very good. All staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

I visited for a regular check-up. The dentist was great. She took time to listen to my comments and concerns, and she carefully performed an examination and clearly explained findings and conclusions, with kindness. There were only a couple of minor hitches before the visit, where reception experienced some difficulties locating my file and checking me in on time, but they did not detract much from the visit.

I always have a professional and expert Dentist looking after Me my Dentist is superb and he talks me through everything that he’s doing and the treatment that I need.

Going to the dentist is not my favourite thing (!) but full marks to my hygienist who is very effective with cleaning and also has a lovely pleasant manner. On a more negative note I do find it hard to get appointments - seem to be booked up sometimes months ahead.

Very good experience, very thorough and I left feeling my mouth was super clean. The only down side is it's very expensive @ £70 for 30 minutes.

We appreciate that the costs can be high, but we have to factor in the higher operational costs being situated where we are, the cost of acquiring and maintaining our equipement has to be factored into the overall costs for our appointments also. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of service to all our patients and I can see from your experience this has happened. I was seen first by the hygienist and then the dentist & both were very professional, friendly and considerate. The hygienist & her team were very thorough in checking & cleaning my teeth and took time to answer my questions and show me the correct techniques for looking after my teeth. The dentist and his assistant were also very professional, friendly and also took the time to explain the treatment I was being given & what I should do going forward to look after my teeth. Many thanks to those I was seen by.
