The ladies on reception were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hygienist was thorough, helpful and friendly. The dentist was,as usual, very good- thorough and efficient but ftiendly

This visit concerned a large tooth with an old filling that was gradually becoming more sensitive. After an initial inspection to confirm the cause of the sensitivity I was able to book an appointment within two days to have a new filling. It was a big tooth and it took a few days to settle down and the new filling is fine now. I'm really pleased.

Been with this practice for very many years and highly recommend them. The reception staff are so helpful, I hate my scale and polish but it’s needed and all the hygienists are amazing, really put you at ease. Have had to have two extractions and can honestly say my dentist was amazing so quick and calming.

From walking in to the practice the friendly reception staff are always pleasant and friendly as was the hygienest and the dentist, very informative and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and calming and not the usual anxiety one gets when in a Dentist Practice

I has arranged appointments for my Ukrainian guests, the practice had texted them to change the appointment but the Ukrainians had changed their mobile but had not notified the practice. The receptionist was very understanding and was able to rearrange within 15mins to everyone's satisfaction

My recent appointment was divided between seeing the dentist and the hygienist. I have had some recent problems with a particular tooth and the dentist listened carefully to what I was saying and carried out an investigation along with an X ray. The tooth's issue could be detected on the X ray image; the dentist offered 3 practical solutions and I opted for one of them. I was also offered the opportunity to make another appointment at short notice which I found most comforting should the problem not disappear, So, thank you very much

Experience spread over three visits. The first visit was to examine the damage caused when my tooth disintegrated. The second visit, on the same date as the first, was to smooth over the rough edges of the remaining parts of the tooth and to photograph the tooth and its surrounding teeth for preparation of fitting a crown. The final visit after two weeks was to fit the crown. At all visits I was informed of what was happening and my authorisation was sought for the plan of campaign. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the end result.

The practice was covering for my own dentist when I needed an emergency appointment. From the receptionist with whom I first had contact to the dentist whom I saw, together with his dental nurse, everyone was helpful and friendly as well as 100% efficient in helping me through the whole process. Following an X ray the dentist showed me what the issue was and possible immediate treatment as well as what may be necessary in the future. I am not fond of dentist visits but this was a very positive experience

Attended for the first time as new patient yesterday. All staff very friendly and professional, took the time to explain everything clearly and advise me of my options for continuing dental care. Very happy that I chose this practice. Free parking in nearby Asda car park an added convenience.
