I’ve been coming here for several years and have nothing but praise for the staff and dental treatment. However, the practice is obviously growing and what had been the main upstairs waiting room is now in use as a treatment room. Waiting upstairs is now confined to a small passageway. On my recent visit, every chair was taken and there were people standing. Also, despite it being January the sun was beating in through the large glass windows and there was nowhere to go to escape from the glare. The small area was uncomfortably hot and many people were grumbling. It didn’t help that the wait seemed very long that morning, probably the longest I’ve known since starting at the practice.

Welcoming, friendly and considerate staff who are thorough and efficient. My check ups and hygiene appointments are always easy to endure!

I found that the overall attitude of the staff was extremely positive giving me a relaxed feeling about the appointment.

Always dealt with promptly by efficient friendly receptionists. The dentist makes me feel comfortable with a friendly attitude and puts me at my ease. Treatment is carried out carefully & with great respect. Excellent service, always visit full of confidence

We have been with this practice for over 30 years. It has changed immensly over the years, namely due to now being completely private, NHS patients are not welcome. All treatment and care is fine, however the monthly cost 'dental plan' is yet again increasing and becoming far too expensive, we may have to reconsider our membership.

I saw the hygienist and my dentist for my annual check up. The hygienist was thorough and friendly and took into account my concerns. My dentist is always considerate and gentle, which I appreciate very much. The staff on reception are always friendly. I have recommended the practice to other family members.

On recent visit to this practice I saw both tge dentist and hygienist. Both were very professional and explained any problems and areas which need attention . I would definitely recommend this practice.

I am usually anxious when i go to the dentist. However, when entering the practice theres a calm atmosphere and the reception staff were friendly. Both dentist and hygienist put me as ease immediately, they both asked for consent and both explained what they was doing during the appointments, and I left smiling and feeling so confident that on leaving I booked another appointment for a check up in 6 months.
