I attended my usual six monthly clean and check up and enjoyed the usual friendly good service. Staff were courteous and friendly. I'm not sure why I am answering an NHS survey when I attend a private dental practice however!

I am a new patient at Arnold Dental and the practice took time to check my medical and dental history. The reception staff were very welcoming, everywhere looked spotless and when I had my appointment with the dentist he again was very friendly, looked around my mouth carefully and discussed a treatment plan with me. Overall I thought the practice was very professional and I will certainly continue to go there in the future.

My appointment went very well. The extraction was successful and good follow up advice was given. All the staff in the practice were welcoming and assuring.

Attended for a filling, all staff very pleasant. Dentist was running quite late but receptionist kept me updated and all were very apologetic. Can’t fault treatment received , I no longer dread going to the dentist, a very painless experience thank you

Went for a problem regarding teeth and gums. Saw a different dentist who was lovely. Everything was explained and luckily I didn’t have to have anything done.

I’ve been coming here for several years and have nothing but praise for the staff and dental treatment. However, the practice is obviously growing and what had been the main upstairs waiting room is now in use as a treatment room. Waiting upstairs is now confined to a small passageway. On my recent visit, every chair was taken and there were people standing. Also, despite it being January the sun was beating in through the large glass windows and there was nowhere to go to escape from the glare. The small area was uncomfortably hot and many people were grumbling. It didn’t help that the wait seemed very long that morning, probably the longest I’ve known since starting at the practice.
