From my initial approach in January to the fitting of crowns in November, I can only praise the individuals involved in my having two implants. Although quite expensive and daunting, the steps involved along this path were fully explained and executed. I would happily return for the fitting of any further implants.

Although you are always welcomed with a smile and courteous behaviour I’m always left wondering why every time I attend I’m always at least 10 minutes behind my appointment time.

I can honestly say I am happy with the treatment I have received. After trying to find a dentist for my little boy(age 2), a family member recommended Arnold Dental Centre. The dentist is fantastic to the point my little boy is excited to go for his check ups and jumps straight in the chair. I decided to move over and requested the same dentist. Unfortunately at my first check up. I was told I needed an extraction. At which I felt a little anxious due to a previous bad experience. But the dentist (and dental nurse) were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble they put me at ease throughout, from the anaesthetic to the procedure itself. Despite the procedure taking longer than expected (through no fault of the dentist) he remained consistent, ensured he was happy with the procedure and it was complete. He remained professional, patient and ensured I was comfortable throughout. And provided great aftercare. Fast forward a few days I was in pain as expected, due to the complications (again no fault of the dentist). I called the practice and explained. The receptionist was great and I was seen within a few hours. I honestly couldn't recommend this practice enough and I hope that the dentist, dental nurses and receptionists that both me and my little boy have seen over the past year get the recognition they deserve. My only regret is not moving over to this practice sooner. Thank you for taking great care of me and my little boy.

My children have been at this practice since they were toddlers. My eldest is now 19. They are excellent. They always keep to time. They are very friendly. The dentists are gentle and really good with children. My kids teeth have been looked after very well.

I’m a nervous patient and I have been going to the same dentist for some years now, I have always been treated with kindness and understanding. The dentist is patient and skilled , she also sees my autistic son he will now also chat happily as she checks his teeth. Thank you for putting us both at ease.

From the moment you enter the dental practice. Til you leave, you experience a caring practice. I can't go up or down the stairs, but no problem the hygienist saw me in a room downstairs, she made sure i was comfortable Then i saw my dentist in another room. He explained the condition of my teeth no further treatment needed. All in all a successful visit.

Dealt with my request for treatment extremely quickly. Also very caring towards my situation (regarding my health issues) in connection with the treatment I needed. Went above and beyond whilst giving the said treatment. Therefore, I would whole heartedly recommend this dental practice.

Really good friendly service, lovely people. Carried out a brilliant repair on a broken tooth without having to wait. Routine treatment first class.
