I've been with this practice for over 50 years. The staff are friendly and the dentists and hygienists do a fantastic job of caring for my teeth.

Sadly Arnold Dental Practice has deteriorated over the past 20 years due to increasingly rude and indifferent clerical staff who reflect the attitudes of senior management. Now in 2023 all subscription services are charged privately by mandatory monthly direct debit 6 months ahead of treatment or a year ahead if pay as you go. This is before treatment has been factored in, so beware potential patients this is no longer the 5 start practice it once was!

Excellent communication from both the Dentist and the Hygenist with great concern for patient welfare. Felt at ease throughout both consultations which were conducted in a very professional manner. Full explanation given for each procedure.

I have used this practice for some years now and the staff are always polite and friendly, the waiting time is normally minimal and I have always been happy with the treatment I've received.

I have used this practice for years and the staff are always polite and professional. Some of the staff recognise me and it’s nice to know that you aren’t just a face.

I had a good experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The practice is clean, tidy and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist were helpful.

The staff are very professional and friendly and also understanding the practice is very clean i have been using this practice since 2008 and never had any problems they are always happy to help and listen .

Appointment was made within 24 hrs. Work carried out very swiftly however I was really shocked by the cost of a filling. Just under £200 for 20 mins............why are we living in a 2 tier dental system when we are all subject to the same taxation?

I'm a nervous patient but they put you at ease, are very patient with you and go at your pace. Explained everything every step of the way. Highly recommend
