after arriving on time for my appointment, I only had to wait two more minutes before being seen. The dentist who checked my teeth was helpful in discussing options regarding my treatment. I only went in for a check-up, but when I also asked for other treatment, based on the advice I'd just been given, the dentist duly obliged. This left me feeling happy at my treatment and confident that the teeth I had been worried about would not cause me further worry in the next few months or for possibly much longer.

Communications about the appointment and being invited to complete online forms ahead of the appointment were very good. Checking in was easy and quick. The dentist picked up on a recent issue I'd had and was very thorough in addressing it, explaining everything along the way. An x-ray was taken and I was shown the developed image and further treatment was proposed, not immediately but at some point in the future and detailed explanation was provided so that when the time comes, I can make informed decisions. I was very impressed with this approach.

The Hygienist is a trusted professional. She is efficient and caring in her response to her patient and my teeth felt supremely clean and smooth after treatment. Thank you.

The dentist and his assistant were very professional and had a friendly approach.The treatment was applied with no discomfort and was done quickly.

I’m not a huge fan of the dentist, but the staff here helped make my recent visit as comfortable as they could! The reception staff are lovely, and the dentist and nurse who treated me were extremely patient and kind (while I psyched myself up for my treatment). Because of how great they are here, I’m /not/ dreading my next appointment!

My crown came off and was seen within 48hrs! Brilliant service and staff fab! Made sure I was taken care of and gave great after care. I’m back in a couple of weeks for my regular check up. Never was a fan of the dentist but they would be my first port of call!

Friendly, punctual, effective fix of a dislodged crown. It is working fine now (1 day later). Will be back for routine check-up next month.
