From the moment I entered the professionalism, balanced with a cheerful smile set the scene. I was seen promptly and a clear explanation of what was to happen was given. The examination and X-ray results were shared and explained and the options before my next visit were clear. It was agreed to keep a watch and wait until my next visit in six months time. Thank you

Very friendly, professional and informative. I went for a check up but had lost a filling so the dentist replaced it there and then. He also gave me advice on daily dental care and information about seeing the hygienist. I bought some tooth whitening gel and he gave me advice on the use of this. He took his time and didn't rush me through.

I recently visited this dental practice as I have done for over 30 years and always have received great service from the reception team and had a excellent experience with the dentist

I had a crown done on a split tooth over three appointments. I’m not a great fan of dental work, a bit anxious; however all was fine on this occasion, and managed to put appointments close together, so it was all over quickly. Thank you

If you have any reservations about visiting the dentist, this practice with the lovely staff make it less of an ordeal no matter what treatment you are having. Keep you well informed on your treatment and easy to deal with. Highly Recommend

All staff are professional, warm, friendly and welcoming. From walking in the reception staff make you feel welcome Been a patient here for a long time, always feel that the whole team treat you with respect each visit. Very clean and tidy practice too

I’m a long-standing patient of the practice and would highly recommend it for the excellence of its patient care and its timely, efficient communications. My most recent regular check-up was a perfect example of prompt, thorough and expert care with good advice on prevention and oral hygiene from my dentist. The whole team at Heaton Mersey Dental are a credit to the dental profession.
