I had an appointment for impressions to be taken for two new teeth to be added to my top plate. The dentist was kind and made sure I understood what was happening and why. I had no pain or discomfort at all. Thank you for you kindness and skill with a very nervous patient.

The dentist was amazing, he is amazing with children, aldo patient, funny, knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone but especially someone with children.

I guess I am like many others who do not like attending the dentist however from the receptionist to the dentist himself all were very professional and made the experience as best as it could be. Being disabled at the moment, I am awaiting a hip replacement operation, there are a couple of things I noticed which may be helpful for you to know. There is no disabled parking this would make things a lot easier very near to the entrance, I noticed that there were only a couple of chairs with arms, these were occupied when I entered. Some more of these would be helpful to those who find it difficult to get in and out of a chair. The premises are lovely and clean and light in colour and the surgery rooms fitted with lovely new equipment. I attended twice in one week. One for treatment and the other to visit the hygenist. The dentist was slight in stature and to be honest looked as though he was not long out of school. However he was extremely professional and I felt confident in his hands. The other appointment was a cleaning job. He did a good job but with all the water going into my mouth I felt that the assistant needed to have the suction much further down in my mouth as I coughed up water a number of times that was my only troubling experiences. On the whole I had a very positive experience at the dentist and would thank all personnel concerned.

This was my first dental appointment with this practice and my first time attending a dental appointment alone and I felt very safe and comfortable. Lovely receptionists and my dentist gave great detail about what was going on during the check up.

I have been having trouble with my teeth for 3yrs plus, I was with another 1 which took me 2yrs just to have 6 teeth out and have been waiting for last year for the rest, badly fitted dentures ect, went in first time yesterday and now I'm going to be rid of the teeth and new dentures by end of month, I'm so happy, and I don't have to go over to main hospital to get them out, they was just amazing with me, and my son who has ect they put him at ease straight away, no rushing it all

I’ve been struggling to get in to an NHS practise for years. I was finally accepted to Smile Gosport and I cannot fault the service from all staff and in particular my dentist. Going to the dentist can be a daunting experience for some especially when I wasn’t able to get into a dentist for so long and my teeth required some Attention. However, I felt at ease and everything was sorted quickly.

I moved to Gosport two years ago and have struggled to get a place at an NHS dentist. After a terrible experience at one in Gosport I was delighted with the care and treatment from a lovely female dentist at my first appointment at smile. I’ve had a broken tooth for over a year and was a little anxious to visit the dentist but she made me feel calm and helped to plan treatment for my tooth to get my teeth back to optimal health. The practise was clean and workers were cheery despite the busy afternoon rush. It really makes a huge difference as all too often -in many NHS practices - patients are made to feel they are a nuisance due to the huge demands on workers, so thank you! I’m feeling very positive about being back at the dentist and know my teeth are finally in good hands.

On my visit for a checkup, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I waited to be called in, my appointment time ran over before I was called in, but the wait wasn’t a worry, as it was minimal. Upon calling me in, the dentist was nice asking me how I was. He was gentle when checking my teeth & I felt comfortable. On the whole my experience was good & I am happy to continue attending the Dental Practice in the future.
