Best dentist my child has seen. She picked up on his jaw and that he needed braces which the previous dentist did not. The dentist (rhiona?) Gave my children thorough examinations and really made them feel at ease and especially my son who has autism. The receptionists are also friendly and kind. Totally restored my faith in dentists. Thank you so much!!

Appointment was on time and l was treated quickly and efficiently. The dental technician understood my hearing difficulty and took time to ensure l knew what treatment l needed

Staff all welcoming, kind, helpful, knowledgable, and professional. I would like to make the following observation. Today I was unable to access the Blue Badge parking space as another car was parked across it and the space alongside. The Blue Badge space is only a standard size space tucked away in the furthest corner of the car park. It is difficult to detect on entering the car park, as there seems to be no signs. It's location next to a very high, overgrown hedge, and the lack of additional width makes it difficult to manoeuvre a vehicle in and out. It does not have a hatched zone to allow doors to be opened wide, or for wheelchairs or walking aids to be manoeuvred alongside. Please may I request this is reviewed and improved, specifically with accessibility in mind, and possibly relocated closer to the surgery entrance, with obvious signposting on entry to the car park. Plus, perhaps a second similar space created, even if they are not situated together. Many thanks.

Dear Lindsay thank you for for providing the feedback regarding your recent visit to the practice. Our Head Office are aware of the problems that we have with our disabled parking and we hope that this will be altered soon so that it is closer to the front door of the building.

Considering the nature of the procedure and being a first for me, some information were not forthcoming. As a result I am now googling for answers which also include see your dentist. Also, don’t understand why a follow up wasn’t scheduled for sooner than 6 months. At least to see if all was well. Perhaps 2-3 weeks. It could have been better. I am now considering switching practices where possible. I know I need a follow up procedure and I am not sure I can trust this practice with it. Like I said, it could have been better.

Very friendly and approachable staff. The dentist was very thorough and knowledgeable.she made me feel at easy and communicate everything she was doing. I felt that for the first time in years I’ve had a proper check up and she highlighted some areas for concern which she put right at this check up. She discussed and showed me what her findings were and didn’t make me feel pressured. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone that’s looking for a honest dentist.
