Had my appointment today and from turning up to leaving was a lovely experience. The noise was a little loud in the waiting area near reception and I would say needs addressing! Maybe more plants around to absorb noise or sound proofing on walls would help with the echo. The poor staff must go home with headaches every day! Apart from this.... My experience was great

Dear Robert thank you for leaving us this feedback. As we are currently having 2 new surgeries being built, the noise can be extreme, however, it does mean that we will be able to provide NHS dental treatment to more patients in need. we are pleased that you had a great experience.

The seats opposite the reception seem to be in the way of a main footfall route. I had to wait in the chair for a long time for the results of my x ray, it seems there is only one computer for this system for the whole practice. At my previous dentist they used to check on tongue movement as well as teeth. The paint was peeling off the ceiling above the chair which could fall on a patient or equipment.

Dear Ian thank you for providing this feedback. The system that processes our x-rays only take a few minutes, so unable to explain your long wait. Unfortunately we experienced a leak in one of our surgeries and are waiting for this to now be redecorated. In the meantime measures will be taken to ensure that we do not experience any accidents.

My teeth cleaning was done vert professionally and with great care. Unfortunately, I found out that my dental hygenist was leaving. I will miss being treated by her.

Had impressions done for top dentures. Very thorough, understanding dentist, who explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what is happening.

Thank you for seeing me for an emergency appointment. I am now out of pain. The dentist was courteous and explained the process to me fully before going ahead. Reassuring me throughout the extraction of the tooth. Thank you

Attended Smile Dental Care for a checkup. They have recently occupied some new premises so everything looks clean & tidy. The staff are friendly & smartly turned out with new uniforms. I found my latest visit a welcoming experience given that most people are not very keen at a trip to the dentist.

I visited the practice with my two teenage daughters as new NHS patients. The whole experience, from registering, booking and checking in was excellent, friendly and helpful admin staff. The Dentist was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. All together, a great visit.

Staff are friendly efficient and very very helpful. Got appointment straight away dentist was very professional and helpful. Need dentures and this clinic have booked an appointment for the day after my first appointment. Very pleased and relieved
