Just moved to this area and practice. Friendly, professional staff. I attended my initial inspection. X-rays taken and found that I require a filling. Treatment options were offered. Easy to book an appointment for the filling to be carried out.

I'm a very nervous patient, I've previously had to be put to sleep for treatment and fear gripped me prior to every appointment... even a check up. Now, due to moving house, I had to find a new dentist. What a find! After airing my concerns I was treated with the upmost care, the dentist frequently pausing to check I was ok. I'm not saying it was totally painless, I'd happily have a numbing spray before the before pain relief was given, if I had a choice, but today I was told what was about to happen at every stage and the discomfort I felt was minimal. I have to go back to have the work finished but, after today's experience, it won't be a day I'll be dreading.....too much.

Had an appointment with hygienist, he explained the procedure of what he was going to do and offer advice of keeping teeth and mouth clean.

Saw hygienist yesterday and had the most thorough and comfortable clean in all the years of seeing a hygienist. Both members of staff present were professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you to both of them.

Very friendly, appointments on time and made me feel very relaxed. Just wish this was changed to an NHS Dentist as I believe they have everything ready to go so what’s the hold up?

I phoned this morning at 08.15 and was given an appointment for 11.00. My abscess was drained as the antibiotics were not working. It was not painful. The dentist also said to come back again if necessary before my extraction (2 weeks away).

Not a completely straight forward filling so I am grateful for the attention to detail, and hopeful that I will not need to worry about this tooth for a while.

Very professional and your put at ease this is from someone who dislikes the thought of going to the dentist My dentist gives me time before I sit in the chair answers all of my questions and her advice is excellent The receptionist I dealt with was very kind but sometimes you need some where private to speak as it is very open They have moved to new premises which are a lot better with more space and parking is a bonus, it’s a shame that the rooms for treatment don’t reflect this

I attended today for my hygienist appointment, the dentist made me feel very comfortable as I think he could tell I was very nervous, both him and his assistant were very understanding and all in all was quite a pleasant trip (for the dentist).
