Great experience at the dentist with my children, very child friendly. Lovely dentist and assistant, both were amazing with my children, I can't recommend them enough.

I have only been a registered NHS patient at this clinic for a few months now, but I have been extremely pleased with the service provided & the pleasant & friendly staff employed here. The appointment I had on this occasion was a consultation for my suitability for having a rear molar implant. Although my appointment time was at 1515, I wasn't actually seen until nearly 1600. But this was of no fault of the practice or the dentist I was seeing, as an emergency had come in & was being dealt with. It was just unfortunate that it had a knock on to my appointment time. However, I was completely understanding of this & the dentist was very apologetic for the delay in my being seen.

Waited around 5 minutes before entering the room, Had a tooth extraction done, dentist spoke to me throughout the whole process, step by step of everything he was doing. Slight bit of pain he would stop and make sure I was happy to proceed. My children were also in the room and he was friendly and if they wanted to have a look, dentist was more than happy to show them. Was very efficient and would recommend. My kids used to be afraid of the dentist by the end of it they even showed them their teeth and giving them good tips on dental brushing.

On arrival the location was clean and presentable and the staff were extremely welcoming and polite. The dentist and dental nurse were incredibly polite and friendly. My kids were very anxious but they were soon made to feel at ease and the dentist talked to them about their interests making them feel relaxed. They explained the importance off dental hygiene and how to successfully clean their teeth. Highly recommended to anyone but especially those with kids. Fantastic experience

First visit to this hygienist. He was very thorough and considerate asking me if I was ok right through treatment. He gave good advice on what I need to do going forward.

Following an extraction 10 days ago, I was experiencing pain. The dentist I saw cleaned the socket, dressed it and prescribed antibiotics. Within a couple of hours I was pain free. I was also seen within 2 hours of phoning the practice.

I registered a few weeks ago and have had a few issues with my teeth and the dentist has been really good and supportive, I called on Tuesday with an emergency and was offered to go in that day but I couldn't do they gave me an appointment the day after. The dentist was brilliant and knew exactly what to do! 10 out of 10

I am very nervous about visiting the dentist, especially this time as the practice had moved and I had a new dentist. All staff were friendly, respectful and helpful.
