I am very nervous about visiting the dentist, especially this time as the practice had moved and I had a new dentist. All staff were friendly, respectful and helpful.

My experience with this dentist on my first visit was a brusque manner and no people skills spoke to me as if I was child. Appointment was very quick and just felt I was a number she had to do, have been a patient with this dental practice for a long time not happy with the change of dentist.

very happy with my dentist, no treatment needed this time but Very informative and explain clearly about what I should do and the best product to use for my my receding gums

I have visited the smile clinic 3 times and the first two experiences were not very satisfactory. However my hygienist appointment was much better unfortunately that member of staff is leaving the practice 😒. I hope my next appointment will be an Improvement.

A very caring gentle dentist who checked that the base of the broken tooth had no sharp edges or sensitivity. I was given advice on how to look after my remaining very thin front teeth and at no charge! thank you.

Despite a 40 minute delay at my appointment the care and attention (and apology) I rec'd was very good. The dentist explained everything as he was doing it and took time to answer my questions.

I had an abscess and was able to get an appointment for the same day when I phoned at 8am. The receptionist asked appropriate questions and was quick to book me in. The dentist explained my options and the pros and cons of each. I was prescribed an antibiotic after asking about any allergies (which I do have) and explained how to take it. They also explained the costs. The receptionist booked me another appointment, then took the money for both. It was all a very smooth process and gave me confidence in the treatment.

All the staff were outstanding from the time we arrived to the time we left. There were attentive, caring and very helpful. If this was a hotel it would be rated 5*
