Efficiently done, on time and wasn't waiting around. Booked my next appointment straight away and paid. Left feeling satisfied. Very impressed the practice is still good despite moving twice in the last 6/7 years.

Lovely staff. All very friendly and patient. Never rush you and give you respect. Treatment for a broken tooth was given quickly and efficiently.

The building is a credit to the company , front desk staff friendly and welcoming and professional. The service fast very fast in fact. The impression was I was just a number to be processed ASAP .Disappointed as at other site it was better on the inter personal level

Very professional and welcoming from stepping into the practice. Reception greet you with a smile. First interaction with my new dentist and his assistant greeted with smiles. Thank you

Arrived 15 minutes before appointment and waited about 5 minutes so straight in and was asked all the necessary questions, then examined professionally with no fuss or problems arising, total time took about 10 minutes.

Busy at reception whilst trying to check in - however another member of staff recognised me and swiftly completed the process. Many Thanks! My usual dentist is on maternity leave however more than happy with her replacement. Scheduled as a check up a repair to a cracked tooth was required and completed there and then - saving me the inconvenience of another visit. Thanks again to the brilliant team there!

The main entrance door needs to be on an automatic closure. I am disabled and had great difficulty i exiting from the premises.

very happy very helpful and kind lovely practices the only thing I would say is that it would be much better if reception was away from patients as can get very nasty
