Check-in was simple by polite staff. Arrived early and was seen on time. Medical history was checked and asked if there was any issues before check up began. Treatment explained throughout.

My check up was done efficiently with a friendly manner. Been with this practice for years and had no problems. They're good with emergency appointments/ when you need to see the dentist sooner than your check up.

I had root extractions done , and received excellent care ,no pain ,good clear follow up instructions . Highly recommend

After finding out they had moved, and my actual dentist had gone home. Another dentist stepped up and saw me. Changed to that dentist as does late visits

My arrival was acknowledged by receptionist who was engaged with a client. Greeted warmly by all staff and Dentist welcomed me and apologised for running late.

First visit since moving to this new location. Looks clean, fresh & welcoming. Staff friendly. Staff accommodating with time of follow up appointment. Daughter had her teeth polished for first time ever, dentist gentle & reassuring, as she was anxious. Nurse friendly. No issues

I returned today for treatment for a tooth that had broken 2 hours after I had treatment with a filling.The dentist did not appear concerned and just said that she had told me this would happen. This was not correct as she had not conveyed this at the time of check up or treatment as I would have discussed orher options at the time. She was very insistent she had told me she couldn't guarantee the previous filling and that her colleague also heard. There was another person in observing. She told me I needed a crown which I told her I couldn't afford. She then proceeded to tell me that if she filled it I would then need to keep coming back and paying when it fell out. I was obviously very upset at being told something I knew was not correct and I felt I was given no options or solutions except to leave it and cope with the pain. I did not have any pain from the tooth before it was filled and subsequently broke 2 hours later.I am now rebooked in for a second opinion with another dentist. I feel very disappointed and let down by my treatment today.
