Excellent in all parts of my appointment.After having to cancel through contracting covid 19 a new appointment was quickly made and successful treatment was carried out, instantly put at ease and have no issues afterwards.

I went for my check up appointment. I spent longer queuing at reception to pay than I did in the treatment room. The dentist didn’t touch my teeth at all and barely looked in my mouth. They did no other checks. I was in and out of the treatment room within 1 minute, I’ve spent longer writing this review! Not sure what I’m paying the £26 for. On top of this the dentist and assistant were unwelcoming and came across rude.

The new practice has been informative and professional throughout my treatment. My dentist is lovely. She has explained everything. I am a very anxious patient and she has been very patient with me. Never feel rushed or like I'm being ignored with all of my questions. I am very happy and would totally recommend the practice.

Nice and friendly, brand new surgery so looks inviting rather than a grim place. Appointment a bit late but was not bothered by this.

I visited the Hygienist and was dealt with extremely well. He gave me some very helpful advice. I was seen on time and didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. I appreciate the new facilities, they are very good. At the desk my payments were dealt with very efficiently. Parking was easy as there were many spaces. My wife whose birthday it is today waited outside in the car with my working Cocker Spaniel.

He was professional, welcoming, calm and explained everything thoroughly. He gave good tips to help improve dental hygiene and how it would help.
