Don’t really like visiting the dentist as I’m sure most don’t Reception staff extremely friendly Needed a filling dentist was really chatty made you feel at ease Was done with care and consideration making you feel relaxed

Lovely practice, the staff at reception are lovely and very informative. The dentist and dental nurse were also lovely, the dentist made me feel at ease and knew exactly what the issue was. Quick treatment plan too.

Appointment was on time, Dentist explained what was going on in my mouth and gave me some good advice on cleaning my teeth. Very pleased with my treatment

Went back to see my dentist again now in new premises she is just as amazing as before, explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you A for keeping my trust in dentists as I’m a very nervous person 👍

I had a filling that fall off, it’s was not hurting, but much discomfort, it’s was quite easy to call the practice and they made me an appointment not too quick but in 3 weeks I had a new felling.

The man I had was very nice, very kind. However I felt rushed. Got in there after waiting 25 minutes and my appointment was about 3 minutes. Whereas when I had another lady she would always go the extra mile for me and I’d be in there probably 15-20 minutes. I just feel as if he could’ve missed something by rushing that much and I don’t feel like that appointment was worth the £25.80 I had to pay for 3 minutes. I just left feeling quite disappointed with how much my appointment had changed.

Although I managed to get an appointment for a severe toothache I was experiencing, other than that the service wasn't very good. I had difficulty understanding the dentist due to his strong accent/lack of English. He had to ask his assistant a few times for the correct words whilst writing up his report. He did nothing to alleviate my symptoms other than recommend rinsing with salt water and mouthwash, and waiting a week to see if it improved. I was already using mouthwash, so rinsing with salt water was his answer. He took an x-ray, but couldn't see anything on it. Presumably to justify the cost. So I paid £25 to be told to rinse with saltwater, and still had the problem when I left.
