From filling out the application forms to join the practice to getting in and actually seeing a dentist took 2 days. The practitioner I saw was extremely thorough, explained everything to me at the end of appointment.The ladies on reception were very friendly and was greeted by a smile which puts you at ease straight away. I was very impressed.

After my filling dropped out on 21st February I rung the dentist to get an emergency appointment I was pleasantly surprised to be given one today (22nd). I would like to thank Smile Dental Care Gosport for their prompt assistance.

After receiving exceptional service from a dentist that has left the practice, I was left speechless by the replacement. I went for a check up and I was in the chair for no longer than three minutes. She just went through my teeth calling out numbers and saying ok. She felt around my jaw, said my teeth were clean and to come back in 6 months. Every time I go to the dentist, the previous dentist and others have always commented on plaque build up and the need to use small brushes more frequently. When I mentioned this, I was told I must be doing something different. When actually I have used these brushes less frequently than in the passed. Previous dentist would go above and beyond and clean my teeth. The experience I received on my last visit what just not exceptable. Ive just given you 25 pound for nothing

Had a sudden tooth ache Tuesday night 13/2/24 (very painful) made some calls Wednesday morning and was very lucky to have Trafalgar suggested to me. I was seen Wednesday afternoon and had my extraction booked in for Friday 16/2/24. The extraction went very well. I cannot thank the team there enough, very friendly and a great service. Really happy to make this my new dentist.

I had a bit of difficulty understanding the dentist because she spoke quite quickly quite quickly and I wear heating aids. I got the most of what she said and the dental nurse explained what work I needed to have carried out. I arrived early but did not have long wait and the service was very professional. The staff where every polite and friendly and I would recommend this practice to anyone who asked me about dental treatment.

I needed to have a bridge reattached. I sent an email on Sunday, I was phoned on Monday, and was given an appointment on Tuesday. Welcoming receptionist, and the wait was minimal. The bridge was cemented in, and I went back to reception to pay. When I got home, I looked at the tooth (a mirror wasn’t offered in the clinic) and I had a lot of cement showing on the bridge and the tooth next to it. I had to scrape it off myself, to make it look acceptable
