I had a pain when I bit on my upper left molar - infection diagnosed and presciption issued - collected antibiotics from chemist.

Yesterday evening called the practice with a very wobbly tooth (I should have accepted recommendation to extract years ago!) and searing pain under tooth and spreading below jaw line. Less than 18 hours later I'm in the NHS chair having an extraction. It was a tricky extraction as the tooth was stubborn however the attention to me by both Dentist and his assistant was first class. Very concerned about managing my pain, they administered with gel and injection relief and kept talking me through what was happening. Eventually the tooth agreed to leave me after living in my mouth for nearly 60 years. They then explained in detail the post procedure advice. Whilst these things are uncomfortable, and my tolerance isn't what it was, the professionalism of the Dentist and his Assistant was first class. Thank you.

A nice new practice. very clean and modern. Went straight into the appointment and both seen by friendly efficient dentist plus assistant for the first time. Will be having some teeth extracted next week so watch this space!!!

Today I attended the clinic for a hygenist visit. She always friendly and has a good understanding of my dental history. The clinician is always good to provide balanced feedback and takes care when performing a scale and polish. I have always had a fear of dentists since an incident when I was 11 years old, but she always puts me at ease to enable me to get through the treatment.

Been a patient at the practice for a number of years and never had any issues. My most recent appointment was positive, I was welcomed and made aware of a small delay (technical issues with the chair) and then found the hygienist to be thorough and helpful. She explained everything she was doing, checked in regularly and made the whole process quick and easy.

I always thought I had a lovely dentist but he's away at the moment and I had to see an emergency dentist. Even though it lead to a distressing (for me) extraction the dentist was so empathetic and reassuring I almost didn't mind I was having a front tooth removed. He told me what he was doing every step of the way. Thank you for making a difficult time easier
