I had first appointment of the dentist's day. They were late and there was now a queue of 3 patients waiting for them by the time they arrived. I had a serious problem to discuss but didn't get a resolution. They printed a self help info sheet for me and off I went, with pain in my jaw. It was the quickest appointment I have ever had and left upset.

I arrived early and was greeted by the receptionists, very happy to see me I thought. Sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes and was called in to see Dr. As always Dr and her assistant were very professional, they greeted me with a smile on their faces and ,as always, put me at ease. After a check up with no problems, I was given a cheery goodbye and I look forward to my next visit in 6 months.
