Im not allowed to leave names on here but ‘s’ is just phenomenal! My son lost his two front teeth after an unprovoked attack and she is currently working with us on a weekly basis to try to save the teeth which were pushed in on a weekend by an emergency dentist. After thinking we may completely lose the two front teeth altogether she has worked tirelessly staying behind in the evening to try and make referrals and get as much advice as possible from colleagues in such a complex case. She has yet again gone above and beyond expectations. She is gentle, kind, extremely knowledgeable and experienced and even her calm professional demeanour in explaining the process of what treatments are required and including my son in the treatment decisions has been so reassuring I can’t tell you how grateful I am to her and the nurse and ofcourse ‘m’ who even contacted the dentist on her day off because I had a question and no one else could answer it. The whole practice is amazing everyone that works there treats you like you’re someone they care about. I feel so very lucky for us to be patients at this practice, as I seriously do not believe any other dentist would have put their heart and soul into treating my son like our dentist has Thank you from the bottom of my heart

So friendly and non judgemental. My dentist takes her time and talks me through everything. The reception team are fab and I always get a reminder about my appointment. Practice very clean and welcoming. Won`t go anywhere else .

My regular dentist took impressions taken of my teeth. I have been fitted intoher busy schedule on several occasions to help with treatment for a persistent tongue ulcer and as ever great care was taken to explain and to suggest further steps that might prove helpful. I can't praise her enough.

Cannot fault the staff and treatment recieved. Excellent replacement filling in front tooth which can not be seen. Impressed. Then dentist could not be faulted in the work undertaken.

Sitting in the waiting room i could see the practice organisation at work, from the busy receptionists to the handing of paperwork between parts of the practice. Once in with the dentist for a session to carry out fillings, I was taken smoothly though a detailed explanation of what they were planning to do in this session, a friendly question and answer section, and discussion of my preferences about how to handle my fragile back while lying down, where and whether I needed anaesthetic. The treatment itself was carried out carefully and then I was given a round up of what had happened and what will happen next. There was an atmosphere of no time wasting but all aspects I had concerns about were covered. In fact following the previous exploratory session I was able to go back for a further short session as I had a follow up question. I found all the staff busy and effective.
