I have been in the Univerasity dental for more than 15 years. My recent appointment was good. Booking the appointment was easily and I saw my doctor on time. The clinic staff were friendly. The doctor, who was always friendly, gave me a good check and professional suggestions of small issues which was indentified by the doctor. I was given sufficient information to make my decision. In general, I was happy with the appointment.

Routine checkup and probably the best dental service I’ve had for less than half the cost of going private. Teeth descaled for no extra cost. Really friendly reception staff too

Very friendly staff, nice clean environment, felt at ease seeing this dentist practice. Dentist was aware of the information I had written on my health declaration form which made be feel Confident when receiving the treatment

Got good advice on teeth sensitivity and good treatment. The reminders that a checkup was due and the reminders of the appointment were very useful. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I visited the University dental practice yesterday and had a great experience. I needed a small filling and my dentist said they could repair my chipped front teeth at the same time under the same charge. I said yes please and they took great care and didn't rush the procedures. I was extremely pleased with the results. Also they gave me advice on my old night guard and said they could get a new one made if I wanted one. I also got advice and an exercise sheet for my clicking jaw which turns out to be tmj. Sorry for causing a slight delay for other patients

Booking the appointment was efficiently done, the pre check questionnaire was clear and taking payment upfront means there's no hanging about after the appointment. I was called in on time and treated with kindness and respect.

I visited this practice yesterday for a regular dental checkup with the dentist & a regular cleaning appointment with hygienist. Receptionists were friendly, polite & helpful on the phone and in the person. Dentist & Hygienist were both friendly, honest, careful, knowledgeable & informative. Treatment room assistants were friendly, helpful & discreet. Essentially, I have nothing but positive feedback for this practice.
