This is my normal dentist but I had a broken tooth and was able to get an appointment at short notice. First offer was an appointment in 10 days which was acceptable but vey efficient reception asked if I could attend at short notice if any cancellation happens. Next day I received a call asking if I could get there the next day which I accepted. Excellent service .

I'd been reminded that it was my 6 monthly check up so I had booked in well in advance. A week before my check up one of my large fillings broke apart so I called to see if they could fit me in any earlier. A very nice lady at the practice managed to bring my appointment forward by one day and put me on a cancellation list. She also asked me to phone first thing the following day as this would be when they could check if an appointment could be found for that day. I phoned just after 9am and the same lady did manage to fit me in with my own dentist at 3pm and my filling was sorted. I've been at this practice for nearly 30 years and have always found the service to be excellent.

I had a cracked tooth, I was seen very quickly, the receptionist was very pleasant. I had a mouth guard fitted for nighttime, it arrived within a few days, the called me to come in early, again very pleasant.

On arrival at this dental practice I was greeted by a welcoming reception team. The dentist put me at ease, I found this to be an efficient dental team.

I have been attending this dental practice for 20 years and it has improved considerably over the years resulting in the excellent dental care I now receive. The waiting area has been reduced in size so you do feel very close to each other. There is a noise element from doors not being closed quietly - so losing a relaxed atmosphere which would be appreciated.
