The Dentist and assistant were friendly and efficient, they carried out the tooth repair in a very professional manner.I left with the feeling of being truly cared for.

The dentist was mindful of my neck problems and ensured I was comfortable at all times. The dental treatment was very good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. A clean and tidy surgery.

Receptionists and dentists were gave caring excellent personal response when I needed emergency dental treatment. I was offered a same day appointment when a filling fell out and my face started swelling. The dentist prescribed antibiotics and gave advice, as this happened in the days before Christmas, and the infection was aggressive. As the swelling hadn't gone when the antibiotics were down to last day I had another same day appointment and more antibiotics. I was then offered a cancelation appointment to remove the tooth which was not as traumatic as I expected. The receptionist and dentist were reassuring, understanding and made the visits personal. I didn't feel like a faceless patient.

I have been attending the practice for a number of years, and this visit was a regular check up. My usual dentist is currently on maternity leave, so I saw one of the other dentists at the practice. The check up was comprehensive and the dentist found some evidence of an issue, that although will need some attention in due course, did not have to be dealt with immediately. The dentist suggested a number of options, and recommended a course of treatment which the most cost effective. I came away from the visit with a clear idea of what I should do going forward

Most people fear the dentist but in my case, i don't, yet sadly life happens and you put aside what you should do regularly. My dentist is a remarkable person and my visits have become so much more enjoyable. In my opinion don't fear your dentist they are there to help you and more importantly make you smile with confidence.
