Appointment started 10 mins late. The clinic room looked unclean and shabby. Hygienist appointment was very short for £69 some stains visible behind teeth which makes me question how thorough the scale and polish was.

Went in for a replacement filling and a small temporary filling. The dentist was very friendly and explained everything she was about to do. She worked quickly and efficiently. She also finished by cleaning off any traces of tartar on my teeth. I felt she had done a thorough job.

After having my appointment dates cancelled three times with less than 24 hours notice I had to take any available dentist instead of my preferred one. Waited 20 mins then given a very brief check up - left with no confidence or reassurance that teeth were okay. Will look to register elsewhere.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dentist was great, he was friendly and had a very warm and relaxing presence about him.

There was a short delay (no more than I expected). Welcomed by pleasant dentist. Fortunately no problems. A few more chairs in waiting area would be useful.

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Although they are short staffed nothing felt rushed and I left feeling better than when I arrived.

The dentist together with the nurses that were involved in my treatment were professional, patient, gentle and very warm and friendly. Their approach and manner was calming and empathic. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially those who may be apprehensive of dental treatment.
