I’ve been with Wantage House Dental Practice for a number of years. Everyone at the Practice are really helpful and provide an excellent service!

Dentist listened and spent additional time to identify and treat the toothache. She was sensitive to any discomfort I felt. The only difficulty was the failure of the computer system at the surgery which meant that an x ray could not be examined and the filling could not be finalised..

At reception o felt i was nuisance for being there, then left to wait for 25 minutes before my appointment without any comms making me late to return to work and the actual appointment felt rushed and I was out within 5 minutes

Good service - only feedback would be to give patients a mirror after treatment to look at the work before sending them home. This allows an opportunity to make a follow up plan straight away.

A thorough check which was done and explained clearly. I was unable to have x-ray due to gagging reflex and lack of smaller sized x-ray plates.
