I came here after not being dentist for a very long time and the dentist was very understanding and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. She explained everything she is doing and I’m happy I have her to carry on my treatment.

The way the dentist made sure I was ok. She knew I was anxious and she definitely made me feel at ease. The assistant was great too.

Reception was clean and tidy. The Receptionist was friendly , yet still professional. Gov came out from his surgery to help me in. He carried my bag ( it all helps when walking is a problem). Gov always explains what is going on in my mouth and offers options for any treatment. He has been my Dentist for several years now and he is the epitome of a knowledgeable, considerate, understanding Dentist.

Had several reminders of my appointment. Arrived at surgery seen to straight away by receptionist and waited a very short time before seeing the dentist. I have seen my dentist before she is very pleasant and helpful. She took X-rays which confirmed no treatment needed which was much better than having my teeth and gums prodded by a very sharp instrument! My teeth were cleaned which I appreciated then I was charged £25.80 which I felt was very reasonable. A very satisfactory experience.

It was an emergency appointment. Excellent care and explanation. Only my second time but again from reception, to dentist and back to reception, so polite and friendly. I’m lucky to be an NHS patient. Thank you.

My husband and I had a short clean while having our check up which was needed our dentist was helpful in telling us about our own cleaning and what interdental brushes to use

Attended a second appointment to fix a broken filling due to the first attempt leaving the filling rough and lumpy and not balanced for my bite. The appointment was incredibly rushed, impersonal and the tooth is still rough in places and not addressed fully. Nothing was explained and when I said it still felt rough I was told it couldn’t be filed further and the dentist was happy to leave it as is and not find an alternative method to treat it despite my discomfort. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt and the priority was to complete the appointment as quick as possible and to do the minimum standard of work possible. This is a reoccurring problem during every appointment I have attended and I am incredibly dissatisfied with the level of service provided by my dentist. I am autistic and suffer from various mental health difficulties, which the dentist is fully aware of, and the appointment has left me feeling very frustrated, unsupported and still in discomfort from my tooth. This issue should have only required one appointment, but due to inadequate work and not bothering to check the tooth after the first appointment, it meant wasting two appointments. I would like to add the reception staff are usually always friendly and welcoming, but the same can’t be said about the dentist and nurse I see.

Politeness and individual attention from receptionists even though they were very busy. Caring and professional attitude from the dentist puts you at ease and you feel a you are an individual person not just a patient! Thank you
