The staff are so kind, caring and reassuring. I’m such a nervous person when it comes to dentists and this surgery really takes care of me.

My Dentist is always friendly and puts me and my anxieties at ease. Making me feel safe and looked after. She also takes the time to talk through each step of what she's doing.

Excellent service by my dentist. Took an xray to check my teeth as I hadn’t had one for two years. This was reassuring as well as alerting me to potential future issues. Took time to explain everything.

My dentist and assistant were top quality as usual but one of the receptionists was coughing a lot and another one was just not friendly.

The reception staff bitch about patients yheyve just spoken to on the phone. This is in earshot of all the patients in the waiting room. When i was paying for my treatment the receptionist with the rose coloured glasses was rude! Didnt make eye contact wirh me and carried on her conversation (not work rlated) with her male colleague. Not even a thank you
