Dentist and dental nurse were caring and supportive. The whole procedure was pain free (including the injection) and quick. I was very nervous and they put me at my ease

Was recently given an emergency appointment at the practice to temporary fix a broken tooth that was giving me gip. Well worth the 40 minute drive to Whitstable. Staff were very friendly, and communication about the appointment and he treatment was great. Often get anxious at dentists, but this one made me feel at ease.

After a filling falling out whilst abroad I rang for an appointment. Whilst none were currently available they put me in waiting list and contacted me with my ideal slot the day I returned. Arrived on time, seen on time and out on time. Treatment options discussed and agreed. Excellent service from all concerned

Treatment always quick and professional, made to feel comfortable and welcome, always feel like my treatment and needs are the top priority at that time, first time having a crown, the procedure was explained in depth and what to expect throughout

I have been with this practice for several years and have experienced everything from routine checkups to emergency treatment to additional services. With all of the contact I have had with the practice and several of the dentists (as well as nurses and administrative staff) I have yet to experience anything other than the most friendly, compassionate and professional services. Even on days when the practice is clearly busy the receptionist remains calm, friendly and professional even remembering the names of patients. The clinical staff take the time to ensure the patient is comfortable, explain treatment fully and discuss care plans prior to undertaking work and additionally they are always happy to answer any questions and provide advice. I would not hesitate in anyway in recommending this practice to anyone in need of a good and caring dental practice. Even during a recent urgent contact I had to make I was seen on the same day (slotted in to a very busy list) with the care I received not rushed or hurried in any way. I recommend this practice entirely.

I am an extremely nervous patient but the dentist and her assistant were very patient with me. Filling took about ten minutes from start to finish and I felt far calmer at this practice than I have at other surgery’s. Reception staff are friendly and the whole thing from start to finish was painless. Thank you to all staff.
