Appointment on time Courteous and attentive staff Dentist explained everything Was particularly aware of my medical problems and acted accordingly Was relatively painless considering the difficulty associated with the treatment

I had to have a filling on a difficult tooth that was mostly broken. I am a very nervous person and it’s like white knuckle ride in the chair. Had my filling without an injection. It’s the only dentist I will ever go to. Always friendly and understanding.

Piece of tooth had broken off. Filled quickly and with sensitivity - good 'bedside' manner. The whole experience was quick and comfortable.

Really easy to book an appointment online with a good choice of dates and times. Receptionists very polite and helpful. The dentist took the time to explain everything well and answer any questions clearly. Overall excellent care, treatment and advice. Thank you!

have been seeing the same dentist in this lovely practice for 10 years. have had great fear of dentists in past due to some truly dreadul experiences but i trust my dentist and feel safe with her. always empathetic friendly, explains things, gives you options. went for checkup and got three fillings repaired at once rather than wait months to come back. very impressed. staff on desk are all very friendlyand helpful. lovely clean waiting room. top notch

Booked my appointment dec well in advance online. Turned upo on the day to say that my appointment had been cancelled. When i enquired as to why the receptionist told me that the diary had been closed presumably before my appointment. I was informed that my dentist was on maternity leave , i knew that. I asked them why they couldn’t have phoned or e mailed me to let me know. I was offered an appointment later that morning which I had to take as i was already there and had taken time out. On talking to other patients this seems to be a regular occurrence that they have promised to address but obviously haven’t
