All of the staff were polite,efficient, friendly and professional, I was seen by the dentist on time, did not have to wait. I’m very happy with the dental care and advice that I receive each time I attend my appointments.

Quick and efficient reception process. Treatment started on time. Informed throughout the filling process. Anaesthetic worked quickly and large filling done promptly.

Went in at short notice to have a bridge put back. 15 minutes late going in , which is not too bad. Treatment was good and painless! Practice has it's own car park and I usually find a space, although it gets quite busy.

I usually see the hygienist every 6 months. This time although I am very nervous the hygienist put me at ease and we discussed her giving my teeth a manual clean rather than injecting my very sensative gums due to receding bone. My teeth felt wonderful after my treatment and I would encourage particularly nervous patients to book an appointment with her. A truly satisfying experience.

The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Although my dentist was running about 20 mins late, when I was seen he apologised and was very friendly and informative. I had an inspection but he was very complimentary on the way my teeth were kept and said I only need an annual check.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for a number of years. My regular dentist was unavailable due to mat leave. The dentist I saw for my check up was lovely lady very friendly and made me feel at ease, sometimes you don’t know what to expect seeing a different person.

A large filling fell out of my back tooth, expecting it may have to be removed but the dentist said it can be refilled, the whole procedure took about 10min. So far so good.
