Have been a patient for many years, service always accommodating when it comes to getting appointments all staff are very pleasant to deal with, just had a new set of dentures fitted, have to go back to get them altered, a terrible fit from them, had a sandwich the afternoon after having them fitted and nearly chocked because of the very bad fitment, never had this problem before with other dentures from them. Hopefully after the next visit the problem can be solved and they fit correctly.

Kind and caring to patients. They always try to assist in an emergency and the Staff are very friendly. Always clean and well presented office and treatment rooms.

The usual amazing service from the amazing crew at Wickford Dental Practice. They couldn’t have been more helpful, moving my appointment to a later time, because I just wasn’t going to get there on time. 100% would recommend this dentist, considering how difficult it is to find an NHS dentist.

Reception were extremely helpful & understanding of my emergency. They squeezed me in to see a dentist, who was professional & again, understanding. Have been with this practice for many years. Very clean & comfortable environment & thoroughly recommend them.

I have been going to the practice for several years for checkups and hygienist visits. Reception is always efficient, car parking can be a headache sometimes. I made an appointment before Christmas 2023 as part of my front tooth had chipped off. The first two appointments I was given were cancelled (maternity leave & illness) in each case reception contacted me on the morning of the appointment to tell me of the cancellation. Finally saw a dentist end of January and he offered to fill the chip immediately which I was very pleased about, total cost of examination and filling less than £80 NHS. Unfortunately the filling and more of my tooth fell out 12 days later. I guess what you pay for? Very disappointed.

Recently visited for an emergency filling and they fitted me in at a time snd day to suit me . Have been with this dentist for msny years and would rather travel the extra miles than go to a local practice that makes you feel unwanted as you are an NHS patient. Friendly, professional and excellent dental care over the years.

Needing a new bottom plate and adjustment to upper plate, I found the experience satisfying from the first to last session. The skill and expertise of my dentist has given me the chance to eat and smile properly without fear of having a plate float free. I was treated with dignity, kindness and understanding, and consulted on every aspect of work needed. Staff have a friendly efficiency that belies the usual trauma of seeing ‘the dentist’. Thank you for everything, and look forward to seeing you again in the future…..but not too soon, please!
