I was met by a very friendly and helpful nurse. I am disabled and was helped at all points during the appointment. It was explained what treatment I would need and the dentist was very helpful

Received a phone call the day before, which I missed, so rang back on the day to be told they were just ringing to confirm appointment even though I had filled all the relevant forms. Just seemed a waste of the receptionists time. Attended the Deep Clean appointment which I really don’t like and felt like I was drowning as the water pressure couldn’t be adjusted (they were awaiting an engineer) and the suction was having trouble keeping up! Needless to say I survived but glad I haven’t got to be seen again for 6 months. received a phone call the day before, which I missed

the waiting room is a bit clinical, but the staff are friendly and efficient . My check up was carried out professionally with out fuss.

Generally happy with service but on 2 occasions in the past and 1 recently whilst travelling into town to collect retainers or mouth guards a call has been made within an hour or so of appointment saying they have not been delivered yet and cancelling appointment . The notice is too short and the system needs to be changed so that it is known more in advance that the ordered items are late in being delivered . Time off work is wasted on cancelled appointments.

Have been visiting this dentist for about 3 years as our previous dentist took a lot of NHS patients off their books. Although we have to travel many miles to get there we think it is worth it as we have always had friendly service from them even though I get very nervous.

After being chucked of my previous dentist after 20 years because they don't want NHS patients I joined this practice had my first appointment yesterday and was so impressed with the reception staff and dentist and assistant, very pleasant and dentist explained all the treatment needed thoroughly, would recommend.

Forms filled in on line for someone I care for , then when attending surgery the person was made to fill them in again despite being special educational needs and in receipt of PIP and universal credit ! Reception didn’t quite understand this and were not helping
