I arrived slightly early to fill in my forms, which I did as soon as I arrived. Unfortunately, although the waiting room was empty, I was not ‘checked in’ for 40 minutes. My dentist had no idea I was waiting and was out the back having a cup of tea. Only when she walked back through did she see me sat there... Would have walked out had they not taken my money as soon as I walked in. Not happy at all.

Very kind and patient. I have a phobia about dentists and they put me at ease. Friendly too. And I was seen too on time.

Hygienist appointment arranged quickly and efficiently. Very good treatment from the hygienist and help and advice with any problems I was experiencing.

I visited the dentist in June 2024 For my check up , I was greeted by the receptionist who was polite and told me to take a seat, a few minutes later my dentist came and got me . Taken me to a room upstairs asked me if I had any problems. I replied no, she asked me to take a seat and she would check my teeth, I was told there was no need for any major work only to clean my teeth, she asked me if she can clean my teeth and I replied yes.

The dentist was kind, gentle and very accommodating. The whole practise is clean and well laid out. The phones are answered promptly and the reseptionist are clear and easy to hear.

My first visit to this practise. I was greeted by a very helpful smiling young lady. I was called for my appointment before my allocated time and was seen by a very friendly dentist. Will have no hesitations about going back to this practise and would recommend to friends and family.

I was in a lot of pain and they fitted me in, in a couple off hours. I was very nervous. the lady dentist put me at my ease. Don’t know what I would have done if they hadn’t seen me.

Had chipped tooth filled all my options were explained clearly, no hidden surprises. Booking appointment was also easy, as the reception staff are brilliant. The treatment I opted for was great and I am very happy with the results.
