A very caring experience where treatment was explained clearly. The dentist again made me feel at ease and although this was a 6 month check up next steps were everything was explained clearly

£26.40 for 90 seconds check . Zero scale or polish carried out now . Which could have been done for two minutes as there was enough spare time . They just refer you to a hygienist. Very buried appointments now.

We are sorry that you feel that you were not provided with all of the treatment covered under NHS which does include a basic scale and polish to remove any build-up of plaque and debris as deemed clinically necessary by the dentist. If a patient requires cosmetic stain removal, or if the dentist feels that you will benefit from a visit to the Hygienist who is able to provide a dedicated service, this will be offered on a private basis. Have used this dentist for the last 10 years. Visited last week with my two young daughters for our 6 monthly check up and the experience was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and my daughters were very comfortable with attending

Very disappointing experience again. Inspection took less than 2 minutes. Dentist failed to offer scale and polish, which is included in Band 1. When I requested this she refused saying the appointment did not allow time. I challenged this as had been in room less than 5 minutes. Eventually she agreed to do just my front teeth. Very disappointed that practice is failing to meet NHS treatment standards.

Have had a really good experience, although I'm a really nervous patient. Dentist was very understanding and compassionate. Had initial check up appointment after not having one for over 15 years and had a clear explanation of treatment required. Second appointment was carried out with professionalism and was a very quick appointment to my delight.

Used to go private. To expensive now. Got an NHS appointment really quickly think within 3 days. The Dentist I saw was really good explained a few things to me and treatment required. Would recommend to my astonishment. Way cheap as well.
