Finding an NHS dentist that accepts patients these days is almost as likely as winning in the lottery. I was lucky to find this place and to get through to them to register on the 1st of the month when they accept new NHS patients. I was then given an appointment with a date of over a month later. During the appointment I discovered that I have a cavity (after getting an X-ray done). The next appointment to fix it was offered much sooner (same day, next day and next week were the options). The dentist and her assistant were both very nice and made me feel less stressed. When it was time to get my tooth done I explained that I normally need more anaesthetic that others. I was told I might have nerves in more unusual place and so she did extra shots around the tooth. Then she waited a good few minutes to let the shots work. Some dentists start drilling straight away because they are so impatient. Then she asked if it was working before proceeding. Told me to raise my hand if I feel any pain. Despite this stopped drilling after a moment just to check if I am in pain. I must have had some sadistic dentists in the past so this was a relief. I was not in any pain in the end (only the injections). I will definitely come again for a checkup. The receptionists have all been very nice and made me feel welcome. I have no complaints so far.

I needed an emergency appointment for toothache. I phoned at 9.15, was booked in for 11 and out by 11.30 having had an examination and an X-ray. Very satisfied with all the information I was given and the cause of the problem. Cannot rate highly enough and a big thank you to all concerned. Angela McNamee

This is my usual dental practice, but I recently visited the practice for a consultation for Invisalign. Was given a full explanation of the costs and process and also a potential alternative if I decided not to go ahead. I felt the consultation was through and all was explained to me well in an unbiased way.

It's never fun, having a large back tooth taken out....i had been avoiding thIs situation, seeing a dentist for many years, as a great dentist is hard to come by and rare! i was very lucky to join the practice when taking on. My mind was put at rest with my Dr and i highly recommend Many thanks to you and your team at Willaston

From signing on as a patient to the completion of my recent treatment has been exemplary. Reception staff are friendly and informative. My dentist explained every step of the procedure, and as someone who has a terrible fear of dentists this was very reassuring. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Efficient, pleasant and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this dental practice. I attended a check up on 25th March and was pleased with the whole experience.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a happy receptionist, and your dentist is very kind and makes you feel at ease and relaxed, i was there for extraction and filling.
