I find it stressful to undertake hygiene treatments partly because of osteoarthritis in my neck. The dentist was very understanding and did the procedure in what was probably an uncomfortable position for her. I was very grateful.

Due to bad experience when a child I have always been very nervous in the dentists chair! Due to being new to the area this was first time at dentists.. she was so understanding, explaining exactly what she was doing helping me to be calm throughout.

Lovely practice, recently joined and I had a super friendly dentist who made me feel completely comfortable and a separate appointment with a dental nurse who was also extremely welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!

As always, the practice staff are all professional, courteous and very helpful. From booking the appointment to leaving after efficient treatment they are the best. Everyone is greeted with a smile. Cannot recommend the surgery enough.

I requested an appointment by leaving a message firstthing in the morning, as I had broken at tooth. The rang back quickly and offered me an appointment that afternoon. Not kept waiting long on arrival and I was dealt with in an understanding manner as I do get very nervous when attending. The work was completed and the Dentist completed a total check up in order to avoid having to make a further check up appointment.

I struggled to get another NHS dentist after moving and falling pregnant. I contacted this practice and they kindly put me on their waiting list. I was pleasantly surprised after a couple of months to be invited in for an appointment and not only for me but my husband too. They are thorough with reminders and when our appointment came around we were greeted politely and friendly by the receptionists. The waiting room was cosy (especially with Christmas decorations up at the time). And when invited to the room our clinician was lovely, she made us both feel at ease and even fitted in the time to check our little baby’s mouth too. I would highly recommend ‘Willaston Dental Care’.

I was very pleased to get an appointment quickly after breaking a tooth. The problem was fixed and the dentist also completed the routine exam which was due that month. Very happy to receive advice on jaw massage too. Appointment was on time. In all, a very professional service.

All the staff are approachable, kind and knowledgeable. I did have a cancelled appointment and they emailed and called me to let me know in plenty of advance and rearranged to when it suited me. They were very thorough and my dentist check up was excellent.

It’s a lovely, friendly practice from reception through all the team. My teeth always feel great and look so much better after a visit to the hygienist. Highly recommend this dental practice.
