I made the appointment because I broke a tooth the appointment was to either fix it or remove it. The dentist I saw didn’t have a nurse which meant she couldn’t do the treatment. I appreciate that sometimes there are staff shortages, however I had left work to come to the appointment and now have to do the same on Friday. A phone call to me explaining staff shortage would have saved me wasting my time and having to go back to work to catch-up

Staff were very pleasant and put me at ease. The entire procedure was explained in detail and took far less time than I had expected.

First time meeting new dentist. She was so lovely. Very bubbly & welcoming. Lots of good advice given. Receptionist on the other hand was quite rude and not the happiest..

Friendly environment from reception staff to dentist , hygienist at reception always super welcoming. Dentist is like a friend as he knows what’s good for me and advises me accordingly.

When you walk in, the reception staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Appointments usually run on time and the work carried out is always exceptional. I’ve been going there for 15+ years, my children who were very nervous no longer have any difficulties going. My dentist is thorough, great interpersonal skills; highly recommended practice.

I am a patient of Winnersh dental practice and pleased to say that I’ve been very happy with my visits, from the ladies on the desk right through to all the dentists that I’ve seen… my last two appointments have been for root canal extractions and I was really nervous on my first visit but the lovely lady was brilliant, she took her time and made me feel relaxed.. the second one today was a breeze… thank you.
