I really like our Dentist’s manner - he puts you at ease and gives clear explanations of what he’s doing. Very good with children.

Being able to see me for an emergency in the same day. Speed and pleasantness at reception. Care from dentist exceptional.

I was disappointed today to discover that my Invisalign retainers were not available for me and my new dentist had not had handover from the previous one. I cancelled a number of meetings to make this appointment today and it was a waste of time.

The dentist and dental assistant were very good, very friendly, and explained everything very clearly. Upon leaving and paying the receptionist informed me that this dentist was leaving so I could not book another appointment until the vacancy is filled, and this was done by head office, so I would be contacted by head office rather than the practice. When I asked the receptionist to repeat it because it wasn’t clear, her response was a not courteous. I left feeling uneasy because I am not sure when I will have my next dental checkup. In my opinion I am a customer of the practice, not any specific dentist within the practice. And there is a pool of dentists. I understand that the number of dentists in the practice needs to be maintained but I’m not happy with the implication that I have to wait for recruitment. Obviously recruitment must be difficult if this dentist is leaving and ‘head office’ don’t yet have a replacement. So a mixed experience.

The care and attention to my needs was very good, unfortunately I couldn’t have the treatment and need to be referred for surgery, however the practice were excellent with my care and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Explained in detail why I was having a problem and how to prevent it from happening again. The repair looks extremely good and I am very pleased with this. The service was extremely good ?
