Receptionist very helpful and polite. Prompt appointment for my family. Dentist explains everything very clearly and answers any questions we have. Not rushed at all.

Friendly welcome at reception. Dentist remember I had moved appointment and asked how I was. Felt personal in a nice way. We spoke through treatment and arranged a re check

The reception staff were very welcoming and after my appointment were really obliging and sorted my next appointments to my convenience. The dentist was lovely too and took the time to explain her recommendations for future appointments. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Been going there for years. Always friendly and good service. A little confusing regarding the fact that I didn’t go for a checkup since the pandemic and was told I and my family had subsequently lost our places and they weren’t taking on new NHS patients. The text message in 2021 remixing to book a checkup didn’t warn us about that. It’s apparently not the same as NHS eye checkups. They still saw me for a checkup though according to NHS rules and afterwards the doctor said I should make an appointment for 6 months time and that it’s fine for me to stay on their books. That was a surprise! Will let us know about the rest of our family though after he talks to the manager. I’d already filled in forms for a waiting list at another surgery but if we can stay here that would be great.

My visit was a 10 out of 10, receptionist very busy but friendly, dentist and assistant both informative and friendly. Even enjoyed my visit. Well done to all involved
