Having been told the cost of our visit would be £73 when booking, we were rather disappointed to be charged an extra £10 each on the day, which was just 7 weeks later, and we had not been told of the increase. I think that the actual treatment we had was about 15 mins, 20 mins at most!

The dentist and the dental nurse were extremely good He took his time explaining everything I’m a nervous patient and they were great 5*

The hygienist is fabulous - tells you what she is doing. Gives good advice. Receptionist is always in a hurry & can be quite brusque

Friendly dental surgeon. Practice is actively managing existing patient appointment schedules with a view to taking on more patients which is good

The computers went down - which of course is no fault of the staff, however when they ignore people waiting and just talk over the reception at each other, talking about how they’re all going for a dinner so this is annoying for them, that’s when I have an issue. When a dentist came in from their room to ask what was going on, as they didn’t fully understand, the receptionist spoke to her as if she was stupid and was so publicly rude! Rolled their eyes, continued to ignore the people in the waiting room. As if us waiting was an additional inconvenience to their day. Dentist I had was very apologetic and polite. The reception staff however (apart from the woman on the phone to IT, trying to deal with problem) were rude and loud mouthed.

Appointment to see dentist on same afternoon as calling , no waiting around once booked in and very happy with treatment given, all staff friendly
