I was unpleasantly suprised to be charged £83 for a 30 minute treatment and then to have to pay a £30 deposit against my next appointment. I was not aware that this was a private treatment.

You cancelled my appointment 3 times.one on arrival after travelling an hour. You never answer the phone. Tried 12 times or more. and no answer

Explained everything . No waiting appointment time was exact . Very friendly practice as alwatys ,been going over 15 years now . Highly recommended.

Pleasant receptionists, very helpful. Dentist also really pleasant and discussed what I needed to with him. Explained everything in full.

I had a 10am appointment with hygienist followed by a 10.30 check up with dentist. Checked in for 10.00 appoint, let reception know I had arrived, didn’t know I needed to check in again for 10.30 appoint. I sat for 1/2 waiting to be called!! System didn’t flag up that I was already in waiting room.

My appointment was virtually on time and I entered a light airy room where the dentist and his nurse greeted me cheerfully. I was asked to sit in the chair and given dark glasses to wear before tilting my chair back. I felt the dentist had a good check of my entire mouth an, teeth and gums. He also asked if. I had any fresh problems since my last visit.

Very friendly dentist and extremely caring staff for my elderly mum. They all put her at ease straight away,and she wasnt hurried in any way. Thank you
