Contacted early by very apologetic receptionist to say dentist was ill and booked appointment cancelled. Rescheduled appointment later in the day for emergency repair

Had to book an emergency appointment, due to a chipped tooth! Had an appointment same day and was in and out within the hour. Cannot fault the experience.

Kind and friendly interaction. Clear explanation of current mouth health. Listen to concerns and explained options and reviewed with me by showing me X-Rays and where to focus my efforts to continue improving teeth and gum health.

Very good communication between me dentist and the nurse I asked to be reassured while the tooth was being removed and this was respected .I felt very comfortable with the team.

Abrupt manner verging on rudeness of reception staff. The dentist was lovely and so was the male nurse with her - they were very kind and helpful to my mum
