Unfortunately, I have had to visit the dentist quite often recently,but have found the whole experience a really positive one.From the reception staff to the dental assistants and of course the dentist.i have had quite alot of treatment over the last few months which has been done quickly and with care.i am quite a nervous patient and would have found even going for a check up stressful.let alone going to the hygienist.All round care has been excellent

The Dentist that i saw explained everything she was doing, the results of my x-ray, was very professional but very friendly and put me at my ease straight away. Best appointment yet for being friendly, efficient and informative. Felt so comfortable and not nervous (like i usually do)

I had a bad toothache so appreciated the offer of a timely appointment..and the staff were helpful in getting me seen on time especially as i had a taxi waiting. The dentist also tried to explain possible causes of the toothache and did her best to find a solution but I found it all a bit unclear- not her fault but no simple diagnosis

I have a phobia of the dentist and they were very understanding about that. The care I got today was brilliant and calm.

The hygienist was very thorough and patient with a frail old patient ! Fortunately the dentist could find nothing needing her attention so I was well pleased.

Welcome efficient receptionists clean reception area. My dentist and dental nurse calm helpful the practice has improved greatly over the last few years.

Polite staff, good clean. Would like to see more transparency and visibility of costs as it seems to go up every time I visit. Perhaps in the booking email confirmation.

I only had to wait a very short time and the checkup was quick. Staff were friendly. The fish-tank was looking a bit sad though.
