I was surprised not to see the dentist who has treated me before & to go to another without being asked first. I think this was uncomfortable for the new dentist starting off.

First of all my appointment was at 10am not 10:15am when I was seen. Then being told I had to pay full price when I paid a deposit when I booked my appointment. Being called the day my original appointment was booked and asked to change it then charged for it. I’m changing my dentist. This dentist has seriously gone down hill. I’m furious with how I was treated today. For dentist that has changed to a private practice customer service is shocking!

I was treated as a participant in choosing the option for my ongoing treatment rather than feeling that the only option was the one which would cost the most. Excellent care.

Professional ,smooth dentistry by Shafrin on 2 fillings. Unfortunately not matched by a technicians failure to provide an accurately made denture - my fourth return for a fitting ,where the front tooth was at least 1 mm shorter than the other.

The dentist was on time. Very speedy check up and nothing wrong so all straightforward. Previous appointment had been cancelled by the centre and it was very difficult to find a hygienist and dental appointment to coincide as I have to travel a fair distance. I opted for dentist only so will not be using hygienist in future.

Hygienist was 15 minutes late but then did a very good job and was very pleasant. The receptionist was very helpful. The cost of the treatment surprised me at £83 and then on top of that I was required to pay another £30 to fix the next appointment. (I presume this is a deposit). This amount of money seemed excessive to me.

Excellent visit to hygienist, really thorough work. Thankyou so much. Checkup with dentist beforehand was very brief and rushed, (less than 5 mins I think) I’m not sure he checked all the teeth as thoroughly as in a normal checkup but he was obviously in a hurry and said everything was fine, so maybe it is nothing to worry about.

Fitted our dog in at short notice, we're very sympathetic to a nervous dog, spent time with us giving good advice, invited us to attend a fear free training course, very competent, professional and attentive, couldn't ask for more

Hygienist was very good and did a good job.Very shocked when I was told it would be £83. This is a huge increase from last time. Also wanted £30 deposit to book again. I have sent a message to explain my concerns and ask why it has gone up so much. Looking on Google it says an average cost of hygienist is £60??
