    I am a relative of 2 patients in Stirling Road surgery they are not treated well at all they are pensioners and they do not have the internet and i am not always available to book appointments on there behalf but when an 82 year old man is standing in the surgery begging for an appointment Nest time please help him he was met with "do not call 111 in surgery hours go home and a GP will call you " they didn't I then had to call the surgery and beg for help he then ended up in hospital after someone finally call for an ambulance next time put patients on a list for the GP/nurse to call back so then your patients with respiratory problems are seen "please please remember not all pensioners have they internet to be able to book their appointments "

Unfortunately, I am unable to look into the issues specifically without the patient details. We have recently implemented improvements to patient access which involves using econsult wherever possible. However, patients can still contact us by phone also. We encourage everyone to use econsult who is able to do so, in order to reduce waiting times for people who do not have access to the internet. We do not book appointments at reception as we have a total triage approach to try to ensure that the service is equitable for all.     It's almost impossible to get any kind of help from this surgery. If you have an issue that can't be dealt with by a livi video appointment, you have no chance of actually seeing a Dr. I've been trying for days to see someone, 111 have told me I need to see a Dr, the pharmacist has said I need to be seen, ive spoken to the 'gate keepers' at the surgery multiple times, been promised call backs that haven't happened. Terrible service, rude staff, I can not understand how they were classified as 'good' recently. Nothing has improved.

    Do not use!!!! Never get through. Specialist has been in contact 3 months ago, 5 e-consults later and my prescription is still wrong everytime. Then pharmacy say I can’t have it because it’s not been put through by them. Sure thanks, I’ll just keep having seizures until they sort it in another 3 months then! Completely unhelpful, looking for another GP as this one is the lowest of the low. Find somewhere else if you’re looking

    after putting in an econsole 10 days ago phoned today to be told there was no record of it after receiving an email from them confirming my econsole this is just one of a list of things nothing has changed since take over it seems to be getting worse

    Just don't bother! I have long term health conditions and it took eight days and 2 econsults before anyone called back. The approach from the surgery feels like if we leave it long enough you will go elsewhere. Reception staff are unhelpful and seem to enjoy this situation.

    In a world where complaints are the norm I want everyone to know that this practice has been brilliant. I have had numerous problems with knees and hips, plus other problems and they have always been there to help. 5 star service and thank you so much. I have never been disappointed. The e consult form is brilliant for busy people and for when things aren’t urgent. You can fill in your personal problems and someone comes back to you. If something is urgent they have always helped.

    Worst surgery I have ever come across, 2 year old very poorly (111 said he needed to be seen by a Dr within an hour) surgery diagnosed a virus over the phone without even seeing my child!!!!. Each time he's been like this he's been rushed to hospital either by ambulance or myself. Only offered an appointment by txt after hanging up on them at another surgery and obviously just to keep me quiet. Worst surgery

    I have recently moved and this was my first visit and experience of Sterling Road Medical Centre. All I can say is I was impressed, highly qualified nurses and practitioners who gave me the time to really listen. I cannot fault the service. Efficient and Caring! I would personally like to thank the lovely staff that helped me yesterday.

    I had a telephone appointment booked, it didn't happen. Went to the surgery to find out why. Their response was, ' the appointments always run over ' if they know this why tell a me it would be before 12.30 ! Told me I would be called next, we'll I wouldn't be there as I'd waited in all morning and had to go somewhere else. Offered me 4 pm appt ' , then said the Dr didn't work that late... then said she'd call my mobile. I pointed out that I didn't wish to be discussing medical issues whilst out, this was highly inappropriate. I now have an appointment for Friday, at least this time she was honest in telling me it could be anytime. Another lamentable service from this surgery. Please don't respond, having read your previous ones they repeat as if written by a robot.

    Had less than 5 minutes from a half hour appointment. he didn't listen to me at all .didn't tell me results of tests I was enquiring about .didn't respond at all to me saying I think I'm severely depressed as my meds were stopped due to a movement disorder. Didn't respond to me expressing that i could not cope with the physical pain I've managed for over 30 years .Couldn't get me out the door fast enough .I'm in pain and suicidal.and drowning due to copd ..I am at risk and there was no acknowledging that in the slightest
