    Hospitalised with vertigo 7 weeks ago condition not gone away.Had a Livi video consult with doctor and he said I needed a appointment next day ,the practice phoned me back and they said they could not see me until 2nd September. I am 71 live on my own and falling all over the place . But no luck In getting an earlier appointment

    Tried Booking an appointment for this Surgery, was on the Telephone 30 Minutes , managed to get through to speak to someone 8-30 am and was promptly told no appointments left and also told the Surgery only works half a day, call back tomorrow, gave up and ended up going to A & E. They are notorious for bad service, NHS was supposed to be rectifying this but nothing appears to have been done !!!!!!!!!!

  3. Review titled No wonder 111 and hospitals are stretched

    Currently have a poorly 5 year old, called at 8am after econsult said we needed to seek medical assistance. 8 hours and still nothing!!! Just called to see when to expect a call or appointment to be told he won't get a call till tomorrow!!!!! He has a temp of 39.1 which won't go down with calpol and now been told to wait 2 more hours and call 111. Disgusting they are allowing a 5 year old to be like this!!!!!!!
