I saw a GP regarding a specific issue and was given specific information that if it got worse then it would be considered more of a priority. I spoke to a staff member today as was told to follow her procedure. However, it is worse and no matter what I tried to explain and despite photographic evidence on my phone, there was no interest except I would have to book an appointment with reception to meet with the Dr. This is in 2 weeks time despite the previous Dr telling me I need to go on a 2 week pathway. In other words by the time I meet the Dr and get put on the 2 week pathway this will be 4 weeks. I shall leave it there eh.

Drs was really good and helpful, nurses were amazing but the reception staff are terrible they didn't want to assist you and tell you to phone back next day, no compassion or empathy towards patients from reception staff either.

Everything is good at this practice, from the lovely receptionists to all the health care professionals. They listen and respect you as a patient. They also have varied health care professionals including a physiotherapist and a pharmacist, both of which I have had very good experiences with. The pharmacist made sure I knew what drugs I was taking for what conditions and made sure I wasn’t having side affects. Very easy to talk to and put me at ease.

My last appointment with the doctor went as expected, I was listened to and doctor always takes due diligence to ensure I get the care I need, a referral was made and I’ve already been called for an appointment for the referral much faster than I expected.. I’ve not had any issues and feel listened to. The practice overall has improved drastically over the last few years.

Dr agreed to see my son on an emergency basis. When we got in to see him, he was very welcoming and thorough. My son doesn't like anyone near him, but Dr always makes him feel calm. On this occasion I was reassured with my sons ailments and was told what to do and where to go if he gets any worse. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to look after myself and my family. The ladies at reception are amazing too, always polite and wanting to help as much as they can.

Very good service and very friendly and caring ant trusted and very trusted i am very grateful to help i receive from my doctor and the staff at the reception they are very polite and helpful l couldn't wish for better service than what i get from them all

I am so glad that I changed previous GP to Abbamoor practice. All staff very helpful. Few weeks ago I asked for last blood and urine tests results. Next day I got msg that I can collect letter. Amazing service. Thank you
