I am really impressed by this surgery. I feel listened to with some on going issues around HRT and some other problems. Ladies of a certain age will be well aware that patient care around menopause is patchy at best. I am really glad to say that this surgery are part of the positive , caring, knowledgable approach that all surgery’s should provide. I can get a same day appointment most of the time and am often asjpked if I want face to face or a call. Well done to the staff.

We have clinicians who specialise in helping ladies at what can be a very difficult time in their life. I have been seeing a nurse here since the end of Mat 2022 and I must say she is got to be the most empathetic, kind and professional nurse I have ever seen, her care has been outstanding. She has gone above any expectations I had in regards to helping me manage my illness. The world needs a few more nurses like her.

When I went into the surgery the GP welcomed me. When I explained my problem she understood instantly the physical and psychological effects I was experiencing. After an examination she explained I need a two week wait appointment to exclude or deal with any issues that may arise. At the end of the consultation I left reassured and happy that the doctor was doing all she could to help me rather than being anxious and worried about my situation.xx
