I did E-consult at 8am, received a phone call before 9am and my appointment was made for 10.30am which was brilliant, the nurse practitioner was very attentive, she listened, we had a lovely discussion about my concerns and she made me feel relaxed and at ease. All my experiences with this practice have been excellent and my recent visit was no different Thank you very much

It’s the first time I have used this practice. I was seen by a Lady who was very knowledgeable and thorough, with her questions and examination, putting me at ease.

Doctor was fantastic, very thorough, polite and very informative. Listened to my son and I. Gave a detailed explanation and various ways to improve as well as running tests

Had insect bite on eye that seemed infected and was seen the same morning and prescribed medication. Lots of good advice to reduce swelling, itching & pain.

Very pleasant and calming attitude. Clearly articulate. Appointment was professional and the nurse was attentive. Highly recommended.

Thank you to the nurse… (the review will not allow me to leave a name) went out of her way to help me one evening 19/09/24 and came in early the next day 20/09/24 to help me again!!

Brought in my little girl today with an ear infection. The doctor was polite and caring and treat my daughter with patience and kindness. Appeared knowledgeable and understanding.

This practice was eficient and fast responding when I needed advice. It's easy to get to, and has plenty of parking right outside with the added bonus of a chemist on site.

I find the e consult system very helpful and easy to use and generally get a call back within an hour. The two doctors I see regularly are very helpful in explaining the issues and the way forward with treatment. Generally I’m very content with the service the practice provides
